IRISH SODA BREAD

In large bowl mix ingredients in order.

  • 2 3/4 Cups     Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1/4 t.                Salt
  • 1 1/2 t.              Baking Soda
  • 2 T.                  Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 T.                  Agave Nectar or Honey
  • 2                      Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup           Cranraisins, Dried Dates or Raisins

Place dough on parchment paper or foil & form large flat circle (8-9" across).

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Score into 8 pieces, like a pizza, with knife.

Cool & store in a large zip lock bag.
